Property Description
ELEVATED OCEAN-VIEW HOMESITE IN GUARD-GATED CORONADO POINTE One of only a handful of remaining undeveloped direct ocean-view homesites in all of Laguna Niguel, 5 Vista Court presents a rare opportunity to create a landmark coastal estate. Commanding an elevated, approximately half-acre setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within the prestigious guard-gated enclave of Coronado Pointe, the property offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, and the surrounding coastal canyons. With protected open space rather than rooftops beyond, the setting offers remarkable privacy and an uninterrupted connection to the surrounding landscape. The property previously accommodated an approximately 10,000-square-foot luxury residence with a pool, spa, and expansive terraces. Its original building pad remains, with utilities available at the curb, providing a foundation for a new custom estate, subject to applicable approvals. A conceptual design by South Coast Architects, in collaboration with Genova Builders, showcases the potential for a distinctive custom residence designed around the property's dramatic setting and coastal views. Moments from world-class beaches, golf, fine dining, and Southern California's celebrated luxury resorts, the property combines coastal
